Our "mother-in-law" apartment is an income-producing rental. We rent it to a University of Georgia graduate student or a young professional each year. In addition to a full bathroom, it has a combined living room/kitchen with a large closet in in the living room. The bedroom has a large closet with a storage system. Our tenant also enjoys a large covered patio that looks over a large backyard. Our 900 square foot addition, which was built in 1997, has Hardie plank, a fiber/cement siding.
