We are less than a mile from the Morro Bay State Park and the Morro Bay Harbor. We are five miles from Cuesta College and nine miles from Cal Poly. We have near perfect weather most of the year, we get sun during the day when Morro Bay is fogged in, yet we still have the ocean breeze. We currently have multiple units available and are seeking mellow, quiet and respectful tenants. The units do share a large, eat in commercial kitchen. There are all commercial stainless steel appliances and stainless counters. We have a weekly professional cleaning service that cleans all of the common areas, the kitchen and common bathrooms. Cleaning services can be retained for your unit with the same cleaning company for a fee. Tenants are still required to keep all common areas and their unit clean and tidy.
