Things to know: The house is located in Saint Mary's Property Owners Association (POA). This means that there are some restrictions and guidelines to follow.
Rule 1: NO pets allowed at the cabin. Due to the unpredictability of the animal life around the cabin, this property is not pet friendly.
Rule 2: No parties. We want you to enjoy your time at the house but please no parties with loud music, large amount of people, etc.
Rule 3: If you want to smoke weed/etc., please do so OUTSIDE! If we do find that weed was smoked inside the house you will be charged a $400 cleaning fee.
Rule 4: No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, electronic cigarettes, etc inside the house. If we do find that the previously mentioned activities occurred in the house, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged additional to the charge for smoking weed in the house.
Rule 5: When using the thermostat please only use the Air or Heat Settings. Do not set below 65 degrees Fahrenheit and do not set above 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rule 6: Do not leave the pellet stove on for more than three hours. Do NOT leave the pellet stove on overnight and/or unattended.
Rule 7: Tennant will be fully responsible for any maintenance that needs to be done while staying on the property
Owner will keep all utilities in their name (electric and propane tank). Tennant will have to let owners know if a propane tank fill up is needed.
