We are looking to sublease two rooms in our South Boulder home. We previously had two couples living here, but one couple is moving to California in a staggered process, one person now and the other in the winter. We're currently looking to fill one or two bedrooms. The way we have our house set up now is each couple has two bedrooms, one for sleeping, and the other serves as an office. We are either looking for a couple, or two individuals to fill the house. The house is located really close to a SKIP bus stop (4min walk) for easy travel to CU, alternatively it is a 15 minute bike commute. We are also close to the South Boulder Rec center for easy gym and pool access. We are walking distance to the table mesa shopping plaza with restaurants and grocery stores. The open bedroom is located in a finished basement but has access to natural light and a convenient bathroom. The floor in the basement is carpeted and the house has AC. The house has two large living rooms with couches, kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the house. There is an attached garage for plenty of additional storage. There is a large backyard and patio. We have Quantum Fiber internet which is very fast. The house is dog friendly (but we'd like to meet your furry friend first!) Strictly Non Smoking The rent is $775 and we split utilities and internet evenly. Additionally, $1550 is required on move-in which covers the security deposit and the last month of rent.
