The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a small table and chairs for meals. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with large vanity. You will find this is the perfect home away from home for all your travelling needs. Point Loma is a rugged peninsula, known for Cabrillo National Monument, a park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a popular spot to watch the sun go down while Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, has buzzy restaurants and shops. This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks and outside areas. This home is located in a quiet building and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.
