How accessible is this place? 2 minutes (drive) to Albertsons (Intersection of Orchard & Overland Rd) 10 minutes (drive) to Boise State University 3 minutes (drive) to Boise Airport 5 minutes (drive) to COSTCO, Lowe's, Home Depot What will I provide for you? 1.Washer/Dryer 2.21 cubic ft. refrigerator 3.1 Large kitchen + Electric range + cookware + microwave&toaster oven + electric water boiler + dining table 4.Two full bathrooms (shared) 5.Cleaning and personal hygiene: Paper towel, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap 6.I feel responsible and agree to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas twice a week 7.Your rent covers for All utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer) + Internet $250 security deposit which will be returned to you * No pets are allowed ** No smoking under any condition We have late night quite time starting from 11:30 P.M on week days We do not welcome and do not allow any sorts of drug use Room will be rented to 1 person only Contact me if you are interested and you are welcome to stop by and take a look almost everyday after 6 PM MST Owner pays for utilities, trash, sewer, water and internet
