Street parking is always available. 6 block long greenway runs along the front of the house - perfect for a run, walk or local dog spotting. House is centrally located in NE cully, less than 10 minutes drive from New seasons Concordia, PDX airport and just a hop away from the 84 and 205. Mississippi, division streets and Mt Tabor are all a 15 min drive.

Currently employed with proof of employment. Easy going with a sense of humor. Likes a clean and tidy living environment. Bonus if you are also into gardening and growing your own food! No indoor smoking, outdoors is fine.

Dogs/cats are allowed, depending temperament and how many you have.
Utilities will be split evenly between all main house & basement tenants.
