The main house is shared with myself, 1 housemate and 1 indoor cat. The basement apartment is brand new and a completely separate unit, but as the house was built in the 40's, hearing some neighbor noises are to be expected. Thus looking for someone considerate of others and their volume in shared space. I am a mid 30's queer professional who runs her own business and works from home. Passionate gardener who is working towards transforming the yard into a little oasis in the city. The house has a huge outdoor space - including large deck, covered dining area, flower and veg gardens. Street parking is always available. 6 block long greenway runs along the front of the house - perfect for a run, walk or local dog spotting. House is centrally located in NE cully, less than 10 minutes drive from New seasons Concordia, PDX airport and just a hop away from the 84 and 205. Mississippi, division streets and Mt Tabor are all a 15 min drive. You are: Currently employed with proof of employment. Easy going with a sense of humor. Likes a clean and tidy living environment. Bonus if you are also into gardening and growing your own food! No indoor smoking, outdoors is fine. Must be: - Queer friendly - Be considerate of shared spaces and noise - Have renters insurance Dogs/cats are allowed, depending temperament and how many you have.
