The main property also has a pool in the backyard. Owner understands this neighborhood to be generally safe. It is tucked away behind the Northampton Country Club between Bethlehem and Easton, PA. Resident(s) will have ample access to parking. However, we do have neighbors, and we expect residents to respect lawful quiet hours and keep noise at levels that do not disturb surrounding properties. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard of the main house, immediately adjacent to the parking area. The hosts may consider requests for pool access from time to time. However, this amenity is not part of the offering; permission for use is strictly discretionary on the part of the owner; any request for use would be in writing; and in the event that owner were to allow pool access; tenant accepts responsibility for safe use for him/herself and any guest granted access by tenant in the process. The pool is fenced and gated, but there is no lifeguard on duty, and the water safety cannot be guaranteed. If owner were to allow pool access at tenant request, it creates a "swim at your own risk" scenario, and owner is neither responsible nor liable for any incidents related to pool use. This is a Non-Smoking residence. Submission of payment in a request to reserve this property represents an indisputable tenant acknowledgement that tenant accepts responsibility and liability for any injury incurred on the property--regardless of severity.
