The owner (me) will be keeping their bedroom/bathroom and office secured during the duration of this rental. This rental is short term from end of March 2023 to end of August 2023. Perfect for a visiting professor, grad student or traveling nurse. No smoking allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, you are expected to dispose of your cigarette butts in a safe and clean manner. No pets allowed, at this time. Parking will be in the driveway. Owner's vehicle will be parked in carport. Renter will pay landlord for actual usage of utilities. This includes: electric, gas, water/sewer/garbage, internet.
