Available 9/1/25, this basement was renovated in 2021 and just repainted, this basement apartment unit is roughly 1100 square feet and is available for a single (1) person. You'll enter through the garage using a code on the MyQ app, open the house door and go down a flight of stairs. The apartment unit is fully furnished and consists of a kitchenette with an apartment size refrigerator. The living room section includes a smart TV. there is also a bonus room where the full-size washer & dryer is. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, night stand and chest of drawers. There is a small closet here, as well as a large closet space in the bonus room. Rental cost includes utilities (water, sewer, gas, internet (no cable), trash removal). You will have access to the back deck and the outside yard as well. The owner (me) lives in the upstairs. Since utilites are shared (no separate furnace & AC for the basement), we will work together whent he need for heating or cooling is required. I am looking for a quite person to live here. Currently, I have one elderly cat that has roam of the house and the back yard. She will not stray down to the basement.
