This is a great place with 3 roommates its a shared room wit an amazing girl in her junior year. She has a wonderful cat. The other room is shared by brothers one is a Sophmore and one is a senior. Everyone in the house also has jobs and aren't there too often. The place has a pool on site laundry, back patio and shared grassy area outside the front and back of the property. The apt is very spacious and clean. I am inly leaving due to the fact I moved in with a friend and someone told me the would be willing to take over my lease and didn't end up attending CU. the lease is until July and they are looking for a GIRL roommate only as the shared room is with a. female. With utilities this place has never been over 500 a month.
