Conventiely located near Ritchie station and 15 minites from the harbor and 5 minutes andrew airforce base. The apartment is on 2nd floor located in the corner of the building. It super quiet no noise from neighbors or cars. Neighbors are super nice. Roomate would be staying but works nights and is super respectful, clean and nice. I'm moving due to a job. The room for rent is the master bedroom with walk in closet. There is a big balcony and gas stove and washer and dryer in unit. There is an application as you will be taking over the remainder of the lease. The lease is about 6 months and ends october 24th with chance to renew.
