Downtown Denver is only 3 miles away. The location is fantastic! We are looking to rent the home to a clean, responsible party who will take care of the home and garden as we did when we lived there. There are no roaches and no rodents in the house, and we'd like to keep it that way! No smoking (of any kind) indoors. If you enjoy yard work and want to do weekly lawn mowing and weeding, there is a $50/month discount on rent May-September. Otherwise, we will pay for a lawn service. One cat is allowed. Pet security deposit is an extra $300 and pet rent is $30/month. No application fee if you apply through Zillow (just pay Zillow once and you can submit your application to multiple landlords for 30 days). Owner pays for lawnmowing, storm drainage, and basic trash collection (35-gallon cart = 2-3 bags trash/week). If you need a larger trash cart, you can pay $4/month for 65-gallon cart (up to 5 bags trash/week) or $12/month for 95-gallon cart (up to 8 bags trash/week).
