I am relocating and need someone to take over my lease through September 2020. My roommate is staying. Rent is $730 a month, this includes cable/internet and valet trash service, water and electric are separate but usually come out to be roughly $100 a month. Camden requires a $60 application fee. January rent will be paid for. The apartment is nicely furnished, the bedroom furniture is optional. This is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. My roommate is a 26M, flight school instructor, pretty active, social, relatively clean and tidy. Near crabtree mall. Dog not included. Check out Camden's website and read their reviews on google. They are one of if not the best rated apartment complex's in Raleigh. First month paid!
