We are Graham and Anna, a brother and sister landlord team. This is our only rental property, and Anna lives 1/4mi away in the same neighborhood. We love this neighborhood for it's proximity to most things in Sacramento, including the UC Davis Health campus (where Anna works), and the friendly neighbors.
Rent term is 2/1/2024 to 6/30/2024; Tenant has the option to renew for a 1-year lease on 7/1/2024.
