Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway. There are no firearms allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. If your reservation falls on a Sunday night, please place the bin out by 6 AM, Monday. Failure to comply may result in a fine. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
