No smoking is allowed in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation. Lost keys will incur a charge of $250. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at any time, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. In the warmer months, the farm is a fully operating area attraction and other families with children may be on the property taking part in activities. Guests are not to approach the animals or enter their enclosures without the host's explicit permission and supervision. Doing so will result in penalty. There are also maintenance vehicles and sheds on property which are off-limits. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees and will be billed to the guests.
