The private bathroom includes a shower and tub, a large mirror, sink, and basic toiletries. Guests can enjoy lakeside seating, a gazebo overlooking the water, woodland walking trails, a large grassy farm-style yard, picnic seating, patio space, and a spacious porch. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee will apply. Kosher amenities are available upon request. A personal vehicle is recommended for accessing the property and exploring the surrounding area. Free shared parking is available in the driveway. The home is located in a peaceful gated community in Monroe, offering quiet surroundings and easy access to parks, nature trails, and local conveniences. The area is known for its scenic woodland, rolling hills, and beautiful water views. This studio is minutes from Monroe shops, dining, and grocery stores, 8 miles from Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, 13 miles from Legoland NY Resort, 24 miles from Bannerman Castle, 15 miles from Bear Mountain State Park, 18 miles from Perkins Memorial Tower, 27 miles from Hudson Highlands State Park, 20 miles from Sterling Forest State Park, 65 miles from Newark & EWR Airport and 63 miles from NYC. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm to 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Guests are not to approach the animals or enter their enclosures without explicit permission and supervision, doing so will result in a penalty. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is a $300 penalty. There is a $500 penalty for smoking in the house. Lost keys will incur a charge of $250. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. Guests are staying in a friendly and peaceful area, and are kindly asked to respect the community, the environment, and their neighbors. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees and will be billed to the guests. We provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning detergents, to get you started but if you're planning on an extended stay or staying with a larger group, we recommend picking up what you need for the duration of your stay. Refills and replenishment of toiletries is not included. We can provide restocking, but an additional fee may apply.
