Annual water, sewer, electric w/heating and cooling in 2021 was around 250 month and in 2023 with fuel hikes and both of us working from home 3-computers, 7-monitors, and this hot summer and last winter on the old a/c heat and cooling system, the water, sewer, electric garbage, may average 300 a month but should drop back to $250 next year with the insulation and new a/c unit.
