Owner pays for culinary water, irrigation, landscaping and snow removal. No smoking. First month's rental payment and refundable security deposit (less non refundable $500 cleaning fee) due prior to occupancy. Security deposit can be used as last month's rent with owner's approval. No more than six tenants, 12 month lease required. Prospective tenants will be screened for credit worthiness prior to execution of a lease. If a dog is to be housed in the property then another $500 non refundable deposit will be required. Primary renter must be 25 years old or older. No subleasing.
