Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this house is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes' drive East, with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking or golf cart distance. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. This property is pet friendly with a one-time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this, and paperwork must be provided to reflect an ADA service animal; notification is required prior to arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e., emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 9 am Central Standard Time.
