It also has a full bathroom with bathtub.It could be furnished or unfurnished. it does have a shared entrance, but a separate Lockoff door that you could keep locked to keep your valuables safe. I am a good landlord, who will fix things immediately when a problem evolves. The unit does not have stove but has dishwasher running water and microwave. an induction heating element can be added to boil water and such. Very open to lease but I am asking for first last and security $4200 to move in
