This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and will have a max of me (owner) and 2 tenants. Includes access to full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and workout/common room with TV. I will be adding a couch to the right side of the workout room very soon. Must be dog friendly as I have my own very friendly huskydoodle and 1 cat. House located in SW Palm Bay in a nice neighborhood. Close to Bayside Lakes Only 1 person allowed per room. $250 security deposit $800 a month all utilities included (wifi, power, water garbage) No smoking or drugs allowed. Be respectful and clean up after yourself. 1 to 6 month lease agreements optional.
