1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin near the lake on 1.5 acres. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin on 1.5 acres. Wood heat only. I am wanting to let you know that there is a rental application to fill out. I require references from past landlords, at least 3; proof of stable income for at least two years; and names of others who will also be in the home. Also, all home and property maintenance, repairs, and improvements is your responsibility. I dont have much extra time to handle maintenance and repairs issues. Other then that I am fairly easy about your wishes and what you want to do with the place. I am open-minded and all I ask is that you keep in contact with me about changes or improvements that suit your needs. I want my place to be taken care of.
