Hi guys!I have been a PhD student here in BISI (CBBG) for 2 years. I am looking for a housemate to share a 2 bed 2 bath condominium in Downtown Hyattsville. Its bang opposite the Arts District of Hyattsville off Route 1.Below are some details; I am looking for someone to move in on Aug 1st.In a secured apartment complex.Parking is available for 2 cars per unit in the complex.Utilities included (except internet & cable).2 min by walk to Busboys & Poets, Spice 6, Tara Thai 2 miles straight up to Campus.Public Transport & University Shuttle access to UMD. miles from PG Plaza Metro Station (There's Giant, Target, Macys, in the mall here).If you're just one person who wants to take the second room & bathroom to himself/herself (I've no preference, really), then the rent works out to be 700$.
