Also, you'd be a few hundred yards away from the UGA bus route on Milledge Avenue beside the fraternity and sorority houses. It is less than a mile to the popular 5 points area and the UGA track. Sorry, no pets. I've tried it in the past, but the age of the house and the floors just don't make it a good option. The renter would be responsible for yard work and grass cutting.
