The house is actually on the national historic registry and dates back to 1920's. One bedroom is significantly larger than the other, so if you're splitting rent with someone, you can arrange that between yourselves. The best part about the house is the location. If you use google maps, you will see the house is less than a mile to the heart of UGA campus at the Tate Center and the Sanford Stadium. Also, you'd be a few hundred yards away from the UGA bus route on Milledge Avenue beside the fraternity and sorority houses. It is less than a mile to the popular 5 points area and the UGA track. Sorry, no pets. I've tried it in the past, but the age of the house and the floors just doesn't make it a good option. The house is available at the beginning of January. We would be looking to sign a either a 6 month long lease through the end of July 2021 OR a year and a half lease through the end of July 2022. I would be more than happy to show you the house if you're around Athens. I would just need to be able to run it by the current tenant. Renter would be responsible for yard work, grass cutting.
