A three bedrooms two baths house well maintained located in a quiet street available for rent immediately. It is in the Foothill farms area, close to Hillsdale blvd, I-80 highway, close to plenty of grocery stores. The backyard of the house is dead. You are welcome to plant vegetables or flowers there, use your imagination. I do not have pictures of the house right now as my tenants are busily moving out today, I will tomorrow. As far as I know, the tenants have been very careful of the house, there is no known broken issue. The house had been updated four years ago before the tenants moved in. The floor is beautiful tiles looks like wood throughout the entire house. It is a compact house, 1220 square feet. When you open the door, it is living room with kitchen to the left. To the right is living quarters. The laundry facilities are in the garage. Please read carefully if you are interested: I am looking for long term tenants. The house is available now. Deposit: $2000. The rent is $1400 a month. You are responsible for all utilities including water, garbage and sewage. (The water, garbage and sewerage is about $150 a month from the city). This $150 will be added to the rent so that I would not end up having liens on the house when tenants delayed paying the city bills. If you have pets, please let me know what kind of pets they are. I add $20 per month for cats and dogs. Elephants are free. The open house is October 7th 3-5pm. Please contact me for the number of the street if you want to come to check out the house. I am going to emphasis the next paragraph: First: I always only host one open house and end up gathering plenty of applications. So if you miss this one, sorry! Second: I make quick decisions, generally in a day or two. A good enough application is good enough for me. So if you really want the house, finish all the application steps as soon as you can(It really means as soon as you can, not the next day). Delaying it would decrease your chance very quickly because I have only one house for rent. Thirdly, introducing yourself is very helpful. Here are the application procedures: Come to the open house on Sunday October 7th, bring with you two or three pictures of your kitchen, one is close up picture of your cooking range. You could use your cell phone to store the pictures, and then text me your photos. No hard copy is necessary. No applications will be considered without kitchen photos. If you like the house, fill a simple application on site. I will have paper version. This is free. Then go to Zillow to fill your online application which is used to send me your credit history. Your co-applicants need to fill the Zillow application as well. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water, garbage and sewage from the city, which is about $150 per month.
