We will have one of our wonderful two bedroom/one bath apartment homes with 850 square feet available for immediate move-in or up to 14 days from the date of your application. This apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony off of the kitchen and rents for $925 per month. In addition, there is a $30 a month charge for water, sewer and trash. Residents pay individually metered gas and electric to Xcel Energy. Each apartment has its own furnace and water heater. The security deposit is $600 (with approved credit). The application fee is $45 per person (all individuals over 18 must be approved and on the lease). We are pet friend and allow both cats and dogs (with breed restrictions and a 30 pound limit). We allow up to two pets per apartment. There is a $300 deposit per pet ($150 is non-refudable) and monthly pet rent of $25. Wheat Ridge Gardens is located at 44th and Teller (nearest major cross streets are Wadsworth and 44th) in Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Enjoy the shaded, center courtyard with gazebo for barbequing.
