Lawn care is included, shoveling is not - although the south facing walkways and driveway make it much less work. One of the bedrooms is currently furnished as a home office with a desk, a 34" monitor, and a Herman Miller chair. Also included is a printer and shredder. Bedroom configuration: - Master bedroom on main floor, king size bed (private 1/2 bath) - Second bedroom on main floor, queen size bed (shared full bath) - Home office on the main floor - Fourth bedroom on lower floor, queen size bed (private 3/4 bath) - A workout room on lower floor There's a one car attached garage, one space for off-street parking, and plenty of on-street parking available.
