This home is well taken care of. It has tall ceilings (10') throughout with skylight, 2 sided fireplace that uses gas or the traditional wood burning. Large property, the assessor says 1/2 acre but after owning a couple homes approximately same square footage, looks like it's over a half acre but I'm sure they are correct but just in comparison, sure looks like its bigger but it's probably just aesthetics. This home has a good sized in ground pool with a heater, not hooked up 6, also has solar heating that keeps pool at a very nice temp all summer long. Irrigation system throughout total property front and back. Couple fruit trees, concrete sidewalks, 2 double drive through gates into back yard, one side set up for rv parking includes power fresh water and a septic to dump. Plenty of room for a casita etc. 3 bed 2 bath making up the 1780 sq ft. Both bathrooms have double sinks and have been renovated with new toilets, water and light fixtures. New light fixtures installed throughout the inside and outside. Wrought iron fencing to keep the pets and the little tikes from a catastrophic event if they were able to get to the water. I like the fact that the house was built in a culdisac that keeps the hot so called drivers from speeding or driving while fooling around sending and reading text. I'm sure I'm missing many things like the property does have a shed that stays with it and whatever else I have forgotten to mention. I would like anybody reading this to realize that not only is the house for rent but that is temporary, the house is also for sale. I dont want anyone to feel they had the rug pulled out from under their feet because that is my number 1 priority with this home and that is we will be selling this one and moving to a smaller home we already own and ha e even upgrading I. Order to move I to it as soon as we can. I have a health issue that came from nowhere, didnt have the slightest use something was wrong and doc says it would be a good idea for me to consider to downsize and start taking life more seriously in that direction, so I'm going to do just that.
