The unit features a working fireplace, 3 mini-split systems, on-site parking, and a fenced backyard. Due to previous experiences, we are now requiring first and last month's rent. Monthly rent is $2,300, plus PNM and cable. This space is located on commercial property and may be used for small offices or an artist's studio; however, it cannot be used as a large commercial space due to lack of wheelchair accessibility.
