The lease ends at the end of August 2019. (Move-in date somewhat flexible; I will be out by October 20.) It's one of the nicer places I've found in the area, and I'm sad to leave it (I must leave for work). The master is really big with a good sized en suite and they layout is fairly good for entertaining. The neighbors are some of the nicest people I've ever met. It's relatively close to groceries/shopping/restaurants, but it's far enough from main roads that it's not too noisy. Application is through Ideal Management, and they require all the normal things like proof of income and a credit report. Photos to come!
