This is a Mid-term rental, 30 days to 6 months. - Utilities are included in the rental fee (gas, water, internet, WiFi and electricity) - Dogs are allowed (other animals at owner's discretion) with a $500 refundable pet deposit and an additional pet rent of $50 per pet per month - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment - We charge a monthly cleaning fee of $150 in which we have our cleaners come once a month to clean - A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required
