Mechums Cottage is an A-Frame, very cute (!), light-filled, four room private cottage located on a country property, as is the main house, 16 minutes outside of Charlottesville (UVa, Downtime Pedestrian Mall, shops and 5 minutes from Crozet (coffee shops, restaurants, hiking), plus Vineyards within 12 min.), reservoir (5 min), skiing (20min). Great place to live, people are very happy living in the Cottage:) Open to a 6 month plus lease term. All utilities are already connected (except for cable.) Water, garbage and recycling are provided with rent; renter pays electricity and broad band (wifi) monthly. Non Smoking. Parking available on gravel. Pet deposit and references required. Pet deposit is additional or choice of small monthly rent increase (appx $50 depending on pet references / age of pet)
