Primary suite has 1 large walk-in closet, two small closets, and private bathroom with storage. Secondary bedroom has 1 large walk-in closet, private balcony, and a bathroom with storage that opens up to the living room. Unfurnished (I am moving away on August 3rd, I would be open to selling some furniture to you.) I will not live on site but my best friend lives a few blocks away, and the building has emergency response team on call for lock outs, water and gas leaks, etc.
The building (L at City Vista) has a sister building that you have complete access too as well. Between the two buildings, there is a roof-top pool, year-round roof-top heated jacuzzi, a roof-top BBQ area, two communal study rooms, and two courtyards with tables. There is a door person that accepts packages during the days, evenings, and weekends (except middle of the night).
It's in Mount Vernon Triangle (5th and L NW). Within a block is a Safeway, CVS pharmacy, Vida gym, Chipotle, Starbucks, a dry cleaner, 15+ restaurants, and other businesses. It's a 5-minute walk to the Mt. Vernon Square metro station (green/yellow line) and a 6-minute walk to the Judiciary Square station (red line).

-Storage unit: Approximately 10ftH/8ftD/3.5ftW. Inside on first floor (has lighting and is secured behind fence). Included in cost.
-Pets allowed: I'd just charge a professional carpet cleaning fee to make sure there isn't an allergen issue for myself or for future tenants.
-Lease start date and duration: Lease could start on August 4th up until potentially September 1st, the earlier the better. Minimum 12-month lease (open to 11 or something like that).
-No smoking.
-Utilities - detailed in other section.
-Renters insurance - I don't require it but I'd highly recommend. It's pretty cheap.
