The Pier in Clemson is a fabulous place to live. It has tons of amenities such as a pool, gym, virtual golf course, tanning bed, computer and study room. It also has a private shuttle to and from Clemson and Tri-county Tech's campus. The room I'm subleasing is on the first floor and is the biggest room in the apartment. The apartment is five bedrooms total each with their own bathroom. The apartment has granite countertops and its own laundry room. The apartment can be rented to male or females. There are four other females all are super nice and focus on their studies. If you have any questions please don't hesatate to ask.Rent includes all utilities and parking. There are no extra fees.
