The apartment is HUD-approved.
The bad:
One has to climb upstairs. It is not for bad knees
I will require verifiable rental history (some exceptions will apply), good credit, and income source proof.
I will require credit and background checks before signing the lease.
This apartment is not dog friendly as it is upstairs, with two apartments below. Cat(s) will be OK.
I have simple criteria: 1. Tenant must prove their ability to pay rent and a good record of doing so. 2. Tenant will not be destructive to the property. 3. Tenant will not create issues with other tenants. Being respectful to others is the key. The rent is $1350 / mo., with 12 months lease, which converts to month-to-months after one year.
The security deposit is $1350, and the cat deposit is $200.
The owner pays for garbage, water/sewer, and the tenant pays for the electricity, cable, Internet, and phone.
