The owner breeds toy French poodles that remain in the main house except for 2 hours in the morning afternoon and evening. The unit comes completely furnished with Silver Package with DVR, a washer and dryer, and all white Frigidaire appliances with ice maker in refrigerator and self- cleaning stove, utilities and security system. The security system for the entire estate is located in the cottage, in an emergency, the owner must have access. The system is connected to the fire department, the police department and the system cost is included with the rent. Tenant must supply their own television. All utilities are included (electric, garbage, water, internet and WI/FI. The windows are adorned with honeycomb pleated shades. The cottage is available for rent immediately. Finally the home is gated. There is a pull down attic over the unit for the tenants use. Tenant has an option to furnish the cottage with their own items, notice is required.
