The lease will be month-to-month for the first two months with the option of a 6-month lease following. No smokers or drug-users. No pets. You will be most comfortable here if you prefer a quiet and calm living environment. This is not a home for people who enjoy hosting/entertaining, loud music or have regular over-night guests (over night guests are not allowed without the permission of the landlord). Introverts or extroverts who like to come hope to a peaceful home, will be most comfortable here.
