The apt is a large, renovated, sunny, 4 bedroom - 2 full bathrooms with a deck on the 2nd floor in the East Bayside/Munjoy Hill section of Portland. Great restaurants, coffee shops and breweries right outside the front door. Big kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher and a washer and dryer (not coin op) in unit. We have a bedroom available. Rent is split between four people, which ends up being $675 a month. Security deposit equal to one months rent. Utilities are very reasonable and split 4 ways. For electric, heat and internet they average $50-$100 a month. Currently we range in age from 28-34 and looking for same.
