Lease Terms and Conditions Lease Duration: The lease term shall commence on December 1, 2025, and end on November 30, 2026. Parking: Parking is available on-site and free of charge for tenants. Utilities and Services: The Owner shall be responsible for the following utilities and services: Water and sewer Cable and internet Garbage and recycling removal The Tenant shall be responsible for: Utilities : Gas and electric Snow removal Lawn care and yard maintenance General housekeeping and upkeep to maintain a clean and orderly property Property Maintenance and Damage Reporting: The Tenant must maintain the property in a clean and unencumbered condition and report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. Failure to report damages promptly may result in the Tenant being held responsible for any resulting costs or repairs. Washer and Dryer Use: The in-unit washer and dryer are not to be used for bulky laundry items, including but not limited to comforters, pillows, and similar items. Any damages resulting from improper use of the appliances will be the Tenant's responsibility. Fireplace Use: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. No live fires are permitted. A minimum of 24 hours' notice will be provided to the Tenant prior to any scheduled inspection, except in the case of emergencies where immediate access is required.
