The beautiful Springdale Golf Course is reasonable to play as a member or guest year round, weather permitting. Great summer social events within the community as well if you like to get to know nice neighbors! You can walk 4 miles within the community from front to back gates round trip. Living at the higher elevation of 3,300 feet offers a cooler temperature than in the valley areas for more comfortable summer weather too. This two bedroom, two bath is set up as two master suites. The open Living/Dining/Kitchen offers panoramic views of the Pisgah and Cold Mountain Ranges. The cottage has been completely updated from new floors and ceilings, kitchen and baths, and lighting. The fireplace is wood burning for added ambiance while the central A/C and Heat provide comfortable year round indoor temperatures. Windows are well insulated for affordable energy consumption year round. In 2013, $35K. was spent renovating the cottage with new ceilings, floors, kitchen, baths, and appliances. Kitchen and Baths have granite counters. I paid $105K. in 2012 and the cottage appraised at $149K. in July 2016. Furnishings and washer/dryer are negotiable. New roof in 2008.
