    The high ceilings, light, and views make my spirits soar every day. Windows take full advantage of the spectacular views of snow-capped Mauna Kea, lush natural surroundings and the ocean. The home was specifically designed to let the sun inside during winter and provide shade in summer. Sliding doors and louvered windows give good ventilation. A paved driveway, about 550 feet long, provides seclusion and privacy. About 77% of the roof was replaced in 2017 and 2018. I have used catchment and like the water quality. The ferro concrete tank is approximately 6800 gallons and is usually full. County water is available on the property. The road in front of the property is relatively level and a very popular place to walk in the neighborhood. I'm so very glad I have been able to live in this wonderful place.
