This studio is in the same "unit" as our apartment although it is completely independent and doesn't have any shared area. You also have our own washer/dryer, entrance, outside area and full independence and privacy. Your parking stall is 30 feet away from your entrance and the studio is on the ground floor. No one lives above or below you. This is a peaceful, freshly renovated studio, very close to Kailua (5min drive from the beach) although it is still in Kaneohe. There is also a big park and a pool in the development. We don't allow any pets or smoking inside. Also ideally looking for one occupant only (but you're welcome to have guests over). Utilities are included in the rent except for the electricity.
