The one-bedroom apartment is approximately 1000 sq. ft. with a separate private bedroom that sleeps 4 people, featuring a standard king-size bed in the bedroom and a standard queen-size sofa bed in the living room. To accommodate a fifth guest, a rollaway bed can be rented for an additional $60 per night or a maximum of $200 plus tax for stays of 5 nights or more. Please consider the space you will be occupying based on the number of people in your party. The mini bar is not included as this is a private residence. The rate includes resort fees valued at $35 per day, granting access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities such as the gym, beach, and pool. Additionally, it includes 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa valued at $100 for spa entry only, with other services available at an additional cost. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, depending on housekeeping turnover, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-ins will not be grounds for disputes for credit. Late check-out may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed. Our dedicated team is addressing an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a violation fine of $300. Parties are not allowed, with a violation fine of $300. Pets are not allowed, with a violation fine of $300 per pet. Occupants cannot exceed the booking limit, and unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
