Full laundry in downstairs basement. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a private half-bath, with blackout blinds. Two full sized closets. The second bedroom has a double bed with blackout blinds and shares the full bath in the hall separating the bedrooms. Has a half closet and dresser. The third room has a single daybed, and can be used as guest bed room. Living room and dinning room are an open plan. Full laundry is downstairs. Two cats are allowed with a monthly non-refundable pet fee per cat. This property has a one car garage that holds a compact car with ease. Garage is connected directly to the basement. There is off street parking in the back for up to 2 cars. On street parking is available and free. The rest of the basement is my private office used in the daytime hours a couple times per week, with a separate entrance. Please note, there is no microwave. 5-6 month rental. Strict no smoking policy. This house is clear and clean of smoke. Absolutely no dogs. I am severely allergic. Security deposit required, and fully refundable if the property is in the same condition as when you move in. Up to two cats welcome with up to $50 per cat/per month pet fee. Lease is for a 5- 6 month period starting after October 20, 2024 and up to March 31. Absolutely NO Subletting. Cleaning fee is $100. Maximum three adults. Utilities do not include cable service.
