The Master bedroom has a King bed, two side dressers as well as a full size dresser and Roku Tv. The Master bath is en suite with a Bath tub and separate shower. The second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser with side tables and a Roku TV as well. The Third bedroom has two twin beds with a dresser, nightstands and Roku Tv. There is another full bathroom that has double sinks and a shower as well as a half bath off the living room. The Spacious living room looks out to the golf course and has a beautiful fire place. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your essentials for cooking/baking ect.... The Dinning room has a table that seats 6 or with the leaf 8. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, we have two separate patios. One by the Pool/Spa which has two lounge chairs for sunbathing as well as a Table that seats 6. There is also a outdoor BBQ Mancave which has bar seating too. On the back of the house there is another Dinning table that seats 6 and fire pit. This is our favorite spot to watch the beautiful sunsets, listen to some tunes with a glass of wine. Guest access You will have full access of the house and can park in the garage or in the driveway, we will leave a guest transponder + garage door clicker so you are able to get in and out of the garage + gates. Utility Fee $500 per month Dog Fee $75 per dog No smoking/no drug use No Parties No music or loud noise outside after 10pm, be respectful of our incredible neighbors.
