Our home is perfect for a Seasonal Rental 28+ Days There is a Tesla Charger in the garage for your use as well. This home is located inside of Bermuda Dunes Country Club which is central to everything in the Coachella Valley! This home is on the golf course and provides 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Master bedroom has a King bed, two side dressers as well as a full size dresser and Roku Tv. The Master bath is en suite with a Bath tub and separate shower. The second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser with side tables and a Roku TV as well. The Third bedroom has two twin beds with a dresser, nightstands and Roku Tv. There is another full bathroom that has double sinks and a shower as well as a half bath off the living room. The Spacious living room looks out to the golf course and has a beautiful fire place. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your essentials for cooking/baking ect.... The Dinning room has a table that seats 6 or with the leaf 8. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, we have two separate patios. One by the Pool/Spa which has two lounge chairs for sunbathing as well as a Table that seats 6. There is also a outdoor BBQ Mancave which has bar seating too. On the back of the house there is another Dinning table that seats 6 and fire pit. This is our favorite spot to watch the beautiful sunsets, listen to some tunes with a glass of wine. Guest access You will have full access of the house and can park in the garage or in the driveway, we will leave a guest transponder + garage door clicker so you are able to get in and out of the garage + gates. Utility Fee $500 per month Dog Fee $75 per dog No smoking/no drug use No Parties No music or loud noise outside after 10pm, be respectful of our incredible neighbors.
