Main Street's affordable rents include city utilities; water, sewer and garbage. Tenants also enjoy a reasonably priced high-speed internet and a free on-site laundry facility. Each unit has a private patio/balcony area with an attached storage unit. Units are furnished with window blinds, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and stove. Units have central air and economical gas heat. Each unit also has wall jacks for phone and cable hook-ups. Residents can enjoy our Commons Area for social gatherings, fitness equipment, participate in community garden and also an outdoor Tot Lot for our tiny residents. Unit square footage & rents: Two Bedroom 800 /$725 Main Street is an income restricted property; your annual income must not exceed a certain amount dependent upon your household size. The rent is prorated from the time you move in to the end of the month and security deposit is $300. A one year lease is required, it is NOT a contract that can be bought or sold.
