Unit square footage & rent: One Bedroom 600 /$533 Main Street is an income restricted property; your annual income must not exceed a certain amount dependent upon your household size. The rent is prorated from the time you move in to the end of the month and security deposit is $300. A one year lease is required, it is NOT a contract that can be bought or sold.
