Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. We don't have laundry in the unit, but the Meadow Ridge clubhouse is a very short walk to the laundromat. Rent includes full use of the club's outdoor hot tubs and pool, gym, steam room, showers, etc. Rent also includes internet, cable, and heat, but electric is extra (about $60/month on average). Plenty of off-street parking. LIFT shuttle stop across the street. Sorry, but no pets per HOA rules. No smoking. Rental period from April-November of 2025. April 21 - November 30, 2025. Flexible start and end dates. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fully and nicely furnished with all kitchen appliances, gadgets, and serving stuff. Totally move-in ready. Rent includes access to Club Meadowridge with laundry, full gym, showers, outdoor hot tubs and heated pool all within 200 feet of the unit. Rent covers all expenses including cable and internet, except electricity which will be billed separately and averages $50-75 per month. LIFT bus stop across the street.
